Independent automation consultancy

Your independent automation advisor — from the first idea to an order-ready quotation.

We analyse your process, develop the solution concept and select the right partner from our network. You receive one coordinated quotation — straight from the partner, prepared by us. Instead of three separate ones you would have to compare yourself.

Sound familiar?

Do any of these sound like you?

We've got three quotes — and no idea which one is any good.

We want to automate, but we don't know where to start.

Three machine builders left you more confused than before.

That is exactly why TNIA exists — the independent automation consultancy for manufacturing companies.

How we help our clients

Two routes. One outcome: you gain clarity.

Depending on where you are in your project, we help at a different point. Both routes lead to the same place: a qualified quotation from a partner who can genuinely deliver.

Route A · Concept development

You know something needs to be automated — but not exactly what.

We analyse your process and develop the technical concept. We draw up the requirements specification together if you wish — or you write it yourself. On request, we then hand the project over to the right partner from our Trusted Network.

Route B · Sourcing a quotation

You already have a requirements specification — and you're looking for the right supplier.

We listen, select the right partner from our Trusted Network and make sure you receive a qualified quotation. This matching service carries no TNIA fee for you — we are remunerated through the partner.

Approach

Three steps. One point of contact. One quotation.

Understand

On site, in conversation with your team. We analyse the process, the bottlenecks and the goals — and ask the questions that get lost in day-to-day business.

Design the concept

We draft the technical concept, draw up the requirements specification and select the right technologies — independent of manufacturers.

Have it delivered

We select the right partner from the Trusted Network and coordinate the quotation with them. You receive an order-ready quotation from the partner — and have one conversation, not three.

What sets us apart

Four pillars TNIA stands on.

Independence

TNIA builds no machines of its own — by design. You get the solution that fits, not the one we want to sell. If pneumatic handling is enough, we won't recommend a robot.

One point of contact

No flood of quotes. No odyssey across interfaces. One requirements specification, one quotation from the right partner, one clear line of responsibility.

Technical depth

Trained as an industrial mechanic at FESTO, special-purpose machinery, robot-based automation systems. I don't plan at the drawing board — I plan because I know what the shop floor really looks like.

Trusted Network

Partners with a shared project history, not picked from a catalogue. We only make a referral where we have experienced reliable delivery ourselves.

Selected projects

Projects we have worked on.

Anonymised by industry — drawn from ongoing and completed projects. The partners involved are named because they are part of the story.

Markus Karoly, founder of TNIA

About me

Understand the task first. Then build the solution.

My name is Markus Karoly. Trained as an industrial mechanic at FESTO, special-purpose machinery, robot-based automation systems. I founded TNIA because I saw what clients were missing from conventional consulting: someone who not only plans, but also has the network to get the solution delivered — independent of any single manufacturer.
